Payments made through this service for TrimX salons are received by TRIMX SALON'S PRIVATE LIMITED, which runs the TrimX salons. thynkWISE provides the Salon OS booking and billing software the salon uses; it does not sell the salon’s services.

Contact the salon you booked with. They hold your booking and bill and can change, cancel or refund them under their own policy.
About a payment or a refund

- the payment reference shown on the payment page, if you have one;
- the salon and the booking reference or date;
- the amount and how you paid (UPI, card or netbanking).
Please do not send passwords, PINs, card numbers or one-time codes by email.
Complaints
If a payment or refund problem is not resolved after you have written to the address above, you can escalate it to our grievance officer.
