1. Who provides what

Salon OS is software provided by thynkWISE to salons. When you book or pay a salon through it, your agreement for the service is with that salon. For TrimX salons the seller is TRIMX SALON'S PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U93030TG2019PTC131400, GSTIN 36AAHCT2313H1ZJ), Prajay Corporate House, Begumpet, Hyderabad 500016. thynkWISE provides the booking, billing and payment tools the salon uses and is not the seller of the salon’s services.

2. Using the service

• Give accurate details when you book or create an account.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Do not misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, to reach another person’s data, or to pay with a payment method you are not entitled to use.

3. Prices and payments

• Prices are set by each salon and shown in Indian Rupees (INR), with GST where it applies, before you pay. See Services and pricing.
• You can pay online by UPI, card or netbanking where the salon has switched online payment on. Payments are processed by the salon’s payment gateway on its secure hosted payment page. thynkWISE does not see or store your card or bank details.
• A payment link is valid for a short time (30 minutes). If it expires, ask the salon for a new one.
• Your payment is received by the salon, into its own payment account. The salon records it against your bill and issues the invoice.

4. Deposits and cancellations

A salon may ask for a deposit to hold a booking. The deposit is kept against that booking and applied to your bill when you are served. If the booking is cancelled, the deposit is not lost: you will be asked whether you want it kept as salon credit, and if you agree the whole amount, including the GST in it, is added to your balance at that salon, to be used against a later bill. 5. Refunds

6. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, thynkWISE is not responsible for a salon’s services, or for loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, including failures of banks, payment networks or your own connection. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

7. Privacy

How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
